Graduated: Dec. 15 2012 From: University of Nebraska @ Lincoln

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and PR.
  • Worked on campaigns for Listerine, Stanley Screwdrivers, and RTBS.
  • Won a PRSA Paper-Anvil Award for the work accomplished in rebranding RTBS, in my campaigns course. My position was copywriter and contributed by copywriting. Paper-Anvil Awards are presented annually to professionals and students for outstanding work in public relations and communications.
  • Cultivated a passion for compelling copywriting, and performing stand-up.

  • The Connection Cafe is a coffee shop located in the heart of Brentwood Baptist Church.
  • My duties included baristatizing people in the name of espresso, tea, and smoothies.
  • Along with that we made paninis, salads, clean, stock, and cultivate relationships with our customers.

  • Our main responsibilities included but were not limited to answering phones accurately, bagging sandwich orders correctly, delivering promptly, and cleaning.
  • Cleaning included sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables and then everyday we had specialized cleaning duties which included stuff like deep cleaning the fridges or dumping ice.
  • We also did dishes daily as well.

  • My duties included making espresso drinks, getting to know customers on a personal level, warming sandwiches & pastries in the pastry oven, ringing in customers, and cleaning
  • Cleaning included sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, doing dishes, cleaning out the pastry case and stocking the fridges.
  • As well as the sale of whole bean and accessories.
  • Discovered my capacity to memorize copious amounts of regulars drinks and provide them to them in a promptly manner.

Busser, host, Dishwasher, Caddyshack Restaurant, May 2005- October 2006

  • Duties included all of the above as well as cleaning the tables when bussing.
  • Hosting included seating people and sweeping, cleaning up cigarette butts and beyond that tidying up the restrooms.
  • Dishwashing was mostly based around cleaning the dishes and making sure that the cooks had enough clean plates at the line and the servers had enough cups.

Superlatives

  • Prom Prince (no affiliation with the singer known as or formerly known as Prince) my junior year of high school.
  • Sixth grade I was honored by the University of Nebraska Basketball came also known as Nebrasketball Camp as the Mr. Hustler award. This is the most prestigious of awards administered. In concurrence with the previous statement that Mr. Hustler spirit never left, if anything it’s grown stronger.
